Networking Event: The Crossings 5K Challenge

Location: CDPHP Fitness Connect at the Ciccotti Center (30 Aviation Road Albany, NY 12205)

Description:

FREE for members (with the option to bring one guest for FREE); $20 for non-members

Registrants can run or walk a 5K.  You will receive a dri-fit long sleeve shirt.  There will be refreshments, music, sponsor tables, and awards at the event.  The funds support the Colonie Youth Center, Inc.  If you do not want to walk or run please feel free to come and support the runners.
