Hotel Accommodations

• A room block has been contracted with the Saratoga Hilton at a discounted rate for General Attendees and Exhibitors. Please use the link provided in order to be booked under NYSCHP's room rate.

*NOTE*: Participants who register for the Residency Research and Practice Forum will NOT receive the price indicated in their registration fees if booked with Saratoga Hilton. ALL Residents participating in the Research and Practice Forum are required to book at the Courtyard Marriott or Holiday Inn to be eligible for Residency pricing.

• Hotel rooms are double occupancy, please let the hotel know the name of your roommate when making your reservation. If you choose to room alone please note that you will be asked to pay the difference which equates to 1 night's stay. You must make your reservations with the Courtyard Marriott or Holiday Inn which are specifically assigned for Residency Program Residents. If you make your reservation at a different hotel, NYSCHP is not responsible for reimbursement and you will be charged for your stay. 

*You will be asked to put a credit card on file when making your reservation. This is a requirement when booking hotels. This does not mean you are being charged - but in the case of incidentals or extra charges to your room this card will be the one the hotel has on file.
