• Note: Those registering for the Residency Research Practice Forum as a Preceptor or Residency Program Director acknowledge they are required to assist as a moderator or evaluator during the RRPF.

• Banquet Fee: The Awards and Installation Banquet is a ticketed event ($25.00 pp).
