- Note: The Residency Research Practice Forum and Poster Session are separate programs and have separate submission requirements. Please review carefully and make sure you are submitting for the correct program.
- We ask that you notify [email protected] of scheduling issues related to presentation availability constraints (Friday vs. Saturday) by no later than February 15th. We will try to be as accommodating to requests as possible.

*see requirements and restrictions below*
- A room block has been contracted with the Courtyard Marriott at a discounted rate for the residents participating in the Residency Program. Preceptors will cover their own hotel costs.
- Hotel rooms are double occupancy for participants of the RRPF for Friday and Saturday. If you choose to room alone please note that you will be asked to pay the difference which equates to a 1 night-stay.
- Residents are responsible for booking their own rooms. Please let the hotel know the name of your roommate when making your reservation by calling 518-226-0538 and asking to speak with the sales team. You must make your reservations with the Courtyard Marriott which are specifically assigned for Residency Program Residents. If you make your reservation at a different hotel, NYSCHP is not responsible for reimbursement and you will be charged for your stay.
- You must email [email protected] by Friday, March 6th if you plan to room alone or confirming the name of your roommate for double occupancy. Please use the subject line: NYSCHP RRPF: Resident Hotel - Roommate Confirmation.
- If you do not confirm with the office by close of business on 3/6, you forfeit hotel coverage and will be responsible for the costs.
*You will be asked to put a credit card on file when making your reservation. This is a requirement when booking hotels. This does not mean you are being charged - but in the case of incidentals or extra charges to your room this card will be the one the hotel has on file.*
