Required Forms/Documents:

8 weeks in advance to the Council Office. 

• Short bio/intro for speaker(s)
• CVs for speaker(s)
• LOA for speaker(s)
• COI for speaker(s)
• Title/Objectives (submitted within activity announcement template)
• Gap analysis
  

2 weeks in advance to the Chapter leadership. 

• Slides (due 1 week prior to the event)

• 2026 Annual Assembly CE Blackout dates: The office will be unable to accredit programming submitted between: 3/4/26 - 4/12/26. Additionally, we request that no CE events take place during the first two weeks of April to funnel attendance to the Annual Assembly
